I deal with a lot of property investors – after all they are the suppliers of the ‘product’ that I sell – and since 2003 I have learned a lot about the frustrations and problems that professional investors like you have to deal with on a weekly or even daily basis. It's easy - we become your tenants, and we pay you rent to use your house for our business. We take care of the bookings on the short term rental market.

 

The property owners simply supply Homely Houses with a fully furnished and equipped home to use. Of course we are a bit fussy about the homes we take on, so we don't guarantee to take on every home offered to us! We look for homes that are attractive and easy to market, and ones where we know our guests will feel happy to stay.
