A superb and elegant family home in the quiet treetop surroundings of leafy Balmoral - inner southside suburb close to everything. This 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 people, has living areas upstairs and down, 2 bathrooms as well. 3 separate outdoor areas provide loads of room for relaxing or playing, including 2 covered decks overlooking gigantic Moreton Bay fig trees. The decks are completely enclosed and are safe for small children, while the front yard is fenced and safe for dogs, with undercover area as well. Older kids will have a great time in the rambling back yard.

This home has 3 bedrooms - Main with queen bed; 2nd br with double bed; 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds. Cot and highchair are available free of charge, please ask.

Location:- Balmoral is midway between the M1 (Pacific) Motorway (10 minutes) and the Gateway Motorway (5 minutes), providing easy access to Gold and Sunshine Coasts. Wynnum Rd is one minute away which gives a straight run into the city (10-12 minutes).

It really does take just 10 minutes to drive to the City centre, and to Southbank and the Performing Arts/Cultural areas. Or take a bus that's just around the corner.

Balmoral is adjacent to bustling Bulimba cafe strip and cinemas, as well as the growing Riding Rd precinct, so you don't need to go far for a latte or a meal. Ask for our recommendations, we know the area well! It is also surrounded by various pubs, restaurants, and several supermarkets close by.

Need to shop?? Loads of choice! Local shops are 1/2 km down the road for all everyday needs, and supermarkets at Morningside, Bulimba and Cannon Hill. Westfield Carindale is just 10 minutes away, with major department stores and all the specialty shops you could want (plus it's all carpeted - very nice!) Plus there's Stones Corner for discount shops, the City 10 minutes away too.

 


Local Attractions:-

On the southside of the river, Balmoral is just 10 minutes to the city, Southbank and the Brisbane Convention centre. Drive to a local train station for easy access to the city too, or hop on a local bus. 40 minutes to Dreamworld and Movie World and Wet'n'Wild, 60 minutes to Surfers Paradise and Sea World. A really well located home for your visit to Brisbane.
It's also only 50 minutes to Surfers Paradise, where you can try the amazing "Infinity" and "Space Walker" attractions. Also just down the road is beautiful Mt Tamborine, with walks, shops, art and craft, and markets - a great day trip.

Important: Rates are given as a guide only, and may be subject to change  - please ask for a firm quote. Rates are for up to 4 people, extra guests $15 pp/pn. High season bookings attract a surcharge. 4 night minimum stay, unless booking within 7 days or filling a gap.
